Chocolate Oreo Fantasy


Hi! This weekend I would like to share the recipe that is created by one of my very good friends, Tooba Khwaja. She named it Chocolate Oreo Fantasy. I had to believe her that this dessert was so delish when I tried it. 
Chocolate Oreo Fantasy is a tetra-layered dessert prepared by using different kinds of easily available ingredients. Its a combination of Oreos, chocolate, coffee and cream and if you have a sweet tooth, you won't be able to resist. Its worth gaining few more calories. ;)

Ingredients:
For First Layer:
Oreos

For Second layer:
Coffee 3 tsps
Olpers cream (chilled) 3 packs
Icing sugar 3 tbsps

For Third Layer:


For Fourth Layer:
Chocolate Custard
Chocolate Icecream




 Directions:
For first layer:
Grind the oreos.
Set in a bowl and refrigerate it while you prepare the other layers.

Second Layer:
Mix 3 tsps of coffee in 3 drops of water and add into the cream along with few drops of vanilla essence and icing sugar.
Mix it thoroughly.
Set this layer onto the crushed Oreo layer.


Third Layer:

Crush the baked chocolate cake. And set onto the cream layer.





Fourth layer:
Prepare custard in two cups of milk.
Add 1-2 scoops of chocolate icecream in the custard and mix it.
 

Set onto the chocolate layer.
Note: Keep the bowl into refrigerator while you prepare the other layers so each layer is completely set.

Now decorate it the way you want.

Cinnamon Churros


Assalamualikum. So here I want to share the first recipe of 2017. The recipe is originally taken from All Recipes but posted here step by step with images to make it more easier for you.
Churros are popular in Spain but now available in most parts of the world. The cooking time is also less (around 45 minutes). Trsut me, you're going to love these and won't regret except the calories you would be gaining. ;) but these will definitely satisfy your sweet tooth. Good luck!


Ingredients:
1 cup water
2 1/2 tbsp of sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup all purpose flour
2 tbsp vegetable oil
Oil for frying

Coating:
1/2 cup sugar
1 tbsp cinnamon (ground)

Steps:


Add water, sugar, salt, vegetable oil in a sauce pan on medium flame. Bring to a boil and remove from heat.

Stir in flour until a dough type consistency is formed,













Fill into a piping bag and I used a Wilton 1M tip.


You can give any shape.



Deep fry until golden in colour.


Mix sugar and cinnamon and coat the churros.
AND YOU ARE DONE!!
